NEWS TIDBITS:
Linden will have finished roughing out this posting before our President makes his speech regarding Afghanistan on Tuesday night. It is anticipated that he will authorize fewer troops than the responsible general requested.

Little “lamestream” media attention has been devoted to the change of direction the U.S. foreign policy has adopted in relation to the Honduran government. At first, we were on the side of the communistic type dictators then, it was decided that perhaps the election in Honduras was valid. When led by a weakling!

The Senate is now addressing the healthcare disaster bill. Surely the forces of right (Republicans) will prevail and this abomination will be tabled forever. The Cal Thomas link below addresses this bill very well. You may wish to contact your Senators and advise them of what would be fitting punishment for anyone who would vote for this bill.

Ray came by and put a heat tape on the outside spigot that tends to freeze. I went to the post office and then got a haircut. Made a meat loaf—it could have been better.
