ADVICE FOR WISC. GOV. WALKER

Granted, most of the news coming out of Wisconsin in recent weeks has been anything but good and the actions of some of the protesters were disgusting, at best. But, at least the 1500 school teachers who were scheduled to lose their jobs should now be happy. The apparent end result is that their jobs were saved.

If this is true, Linden would suggest that the Governor attempt to identify these 1500 teachers and ask them to consider getting busy in an effort to recall those democrats who fled the state rather than fulfilling their elected responsibilities. Just a thought!

Link to a prayer request:
We are asking everyone to say a prayer for "Darkhorse" 3rd Battalion 5th
Marines and their families. They are fighting it out in Afghanistan & they have
lost 12 marines in 4 days. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE the message
spread if more could pass it on. God Bless America and God Bless the
United States Marine Corps... Semper Fi, Often Tested, Always Faithful,
Brothers forever.

LINDEN’S LIFE

Friday: thanks to Rick Martin, we had maple syrup with our pancakes at Men’s Prayer Breakfast. Later, I went to a store, the credit union, and the post office. In the evening, my Sunday school class had an excellent pitch-in dinner. It was followed by a concert given by our church orchestra.

Saturday: I attended the Republican Chairman’s Breakfast at 8:30. Dr. Tony Bennett, the Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction was the very good speaker. Breakfast was good, too. Worked some more on the S-Corp. taxes and did little else.

Sunday: I attended morning church services and Sunday school and in the evening went to church services again. Did little else, moving the clock ahead an hour had left me a little tired.
