SLOP FOR THE PIGS

And expensive slop it has been. In this day when much attention has been given to the increasing number of what is often called “Obama Scandals” it is a bit strange that little attention has been paid to the scandal known as “Pigford”. What this particular scandal underlines is the complete inability (or lack of interest) of Congress to regulate and monitor spending. It is far past time for the taxpayers to unite in identifying and getting rid of those who are much more interested in themselves than they are in performing well in the job they are elected to do. Thursday started with the usual very pleasant small group of guys breakfast meeting. At noon there was a meeting at church with very good pizza provided. Paul and Judy came by to try to get me squared away on Kindle and I also had a wide variety of phone calls. A busier day than it sounds.

Linden would like to have six of his books available on Amazon Kindle. The first one on Kindle, “Why Not Run For President???” details his New Hampshire Presidential Primary election effort in 2012. A goal is to have a Kindle book read by at least one person in each of the 50 states and each of the 92 Indiana counties. E-mails from those contributing to reaching this goal will be appreciated. Progress (if any) will be reported.
