SUGGESTED SOTU SPEECH

It is unfortunate that Linden’s busy schedule demands that he not take the time necessary to listen to the Tuesday night State Of The Union speech. Rather than the disgustingly frequent applause perhaps a “you lie” cry by one or more of the attendees would be appropriate. Following is Linden’s suggestion for the speech: “I know that you know that I have a history of lying to you…that will stop. I will become an enemy of rewarding law breakers in regard to immigration control. I will become an enemy of raising taxes. I will become a friend of reducing cost of government. I will become an enemy of increasing the federal debt. I will not support raising the minimum wage, and will attempt to reduce the cost to taxpayers due to lax welfare applications. In short, I will become a friend to the taxpayer” It should not take long to deliver such a speech.

Tuesday, like Monday, was miserably cold. Had a nice phone visit with Laura, the world’s best County Elections Supervisor, corresponded with Brian and Julie, and picked up my mail. In the evening, Bill and Barbara had Stan and Sue plus Wendy and myself over for a very good dinner and visit. They showed a very entertaining video. Good evening.
