Linden
believes that few of his readers would disagree with his belief that each of us
has an almost sacred obligation to hope for, expect, and demand that our
government is fairly, honestly, and efficiently led. Probably not quite as many
will agree with Linden that our current government does not meet our

Tuesday
started with me joining the family who is staying in the Mission House for
breakfast at a local restaurant. Back home, I did two loads of wash and caught
up some paperwork. Then picked up my mail from the delivery box and the post
office, went to the Chamber of Commerce, a car repair shop, and the credit
union. Had dinner at the Avon Legion post.
