To date 15 of the projects I have backed were successfully funded and 2 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The plan to go in September continues: my thanks to friends who have supported my hope.

COMMENTARY: MAY CHRISTIAN STUDIES

Steve White’s messages from the pulpit addressed John, the ascension, and the Trinity. John Lee led the Sunday School class in the study of Revelations. I attended three Thursday meetings with the guys: the devotion portions were let were given by Lloyd, Chuck and me. There was also a Golden Glows luncheon one Thursday. Steve White led the three early Friday morning meetings in the study of Galatians. I also attended meetings at Kingsway, Chapel Rock, and the CDCMF meeting at Camp Allendale.

On the 23^rd Sam and I had breakfast at the Avon Legion then went on to inspect the start of construction of the new Post. The following weekend I went to two stores and the post office then did two loads of wash; talked to Brian, Sheri, Sam and others, watched some rugby: Thought Indiana might win the tournament but they missed. Brian played on the Rugby team while he was at I.U. Started to address the things not done last week. A group from church went to Johnson University in Knoxville, TN  and had a great time: the food, entertainment, preaching, and studies were all very enjoyable. Loved it!
