To date 17 of the projects I have backed were successfully funded and 3 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The hope to go in September 2015 was realized: my thanks to friends who have supported my hope.

COMMENTARY: NOW, DO THE RIGHT THING

For too long the Republicans in Congress have acted as if they were powerless to do so. They simply could not manage the flow of legislation as well as the democrats did under Harry Reid. That is sad and close to unforgivable. Now, they need to elect as speaker someone, anyone, with enough spine to actively and completely oppose all efforts by the Executive branch to turn America into a Socialist Republic. It is time to dislodge many of the useless Republicans and replace them with a patriot. It is time to check votes, take names and hold a grudge. Read the article linked below.

Monday started with biscuits and gravy at Chick-fil-A then I phoned about my two upcoming doctor appointments, went to a bank to convert euros to dollars, prepared some of the items to send to Jade for her school project, called re possible book production, went to the post office, and corresponded with Julie and Brian. Dan, Diana, and Jordan dropped by…Dan fixed (I hope) my bathroom sink problem then we had coffee and conversation. Busy day.
