COMMENTARY: UNENDING WATEFUL SPENDING

This is not the first time that Linden has presented a posting which used this same general title. It is disappointing that an inefficient budgeting process seems to be never changing. May I suggest that a competent Congress would immediately ditch baseline budgeting and also immediately reduce the amount budgeted for offending agencies by the amount of obviously wasteful spending.
