It is difficult if not impossible for me to understand why an American taxpayer would cast a vote for a person who intends to implement a plan such as that shown in the article linked below.

Friday started with the early morning Men's Prayer Breakfast. I was tired all day and did little. I sent a message to John to see if he could drive me to Chapel Rock in the morning: he called in the evening saying that he was in Chicago so I guess I'll miss that event.
Saturday started wrong as the milk on my cereal was spoiled...the store replaced it. Later I had a good phone visit with Alison and then Rich came by bringing me some food that was left over from the Thursday Legion meal. I am blessed. Watched way more than usual TV: I.U. won their football game and Navy beat Notre Dame Watched four horse races: if I had been betting I would have won on two and lost on two but would have netted about forty bucks. Lastly, I watched Ireland beat New Zealand 40-29 in a Rugby match. It was the first time Ireland had beaten them in 111 years!
Sunday brought church and Sunday School attendance followed by brunch with friends. Watched the Colts win a football game.
