NOT YET AN ENDORSEMENT:
However, if first impressions remain as they now are, an endorsement at a later date is quite likely. I met Richard Behney in Hendricks County some weeks ago and was very favorably impressed with him and with his lovely wife, Laura, in the short conversation I had with each of them.
Their efforts in behalf of the Tea Party movement has earned much appreciation for them and, now that he has filed for the Senate seat currently occupied by Evan Bayh, Linden would expect continuing support if he breathes the words we conservatives long to hear from our candidates.
Regardless of who earns the primary election support of the Republicans, there are a few things that Linden believes this candidate should promise:
They should POST A BOND to uphold their promises.
They should promise to not vote FOR any meaningful bill that has not been thoroughly read, notated, and reviewed with his/her staff.
They should promise to keep their primary residence in Indiana.
They and their spouse should promise to donate any monies earned through serving on corporate boards toward the public debt.
They should promise to not seek a third Senate term.
They should strive to return the government to a constitutional and conservative form.
Linden will undoubtedly think of other items that should be part of this list: feel free to share your thoughts with him at lwdcomment@aol.com

LINDEN'S LIFE:
Friday: Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 6:00: Sandi came by and cleaned my place while I was there. Julie came by later and took me to lunch at Panera Bread. She had lost her voice in Tulsa and still was not feeling great. Nice visit though.
Saturday: Men’s Prayer Breakfast at Kingsway—good food, good meeting. Had a book signing at Secondhand Stories in the afternoon. It moved me just a shade closer to being able to fund a fishing boat and net for a needy person through IDES. Regular readers know that sales have already enabled me to fund two goats and a water buffalo earlier in the year.
Sunday: Church and Sunday School services followed by brunch with friends. Attended the funeral for Jessie Dennis later in the day.
