BLAME AN ENVIRONMENTALIST
Probably more accurately Linden should say “blame those who write our laws and guide our approach to addressing matters which may be related to environmental issues.”

The name “Sierra Club” comes first to mind when I think of those who have done harm to our country. There are enough matters and issues to which many other organizations and “leaders” should be held responsible.

Had not these “leaders” succumbed to the wiles of these groups and those they bought, there would not now be a problem with oil in the Gulf of Mexico. These groups and these “leaders, not BP, should pay damages to those who are being harmed.

It is far past time to expand drilling in areas that are not covered by deep water. By that, I mean on dry land. Linden wishes that Sarah Palin were President!

LINDEN'S LIFE
First, I must say that I regret that I did not see an excellent writing by Kyle-Anne Shiver before completing my Monday posting. It would have been a nice fit with my thoughts. See it at: http://www.americanthinker.com/2010/06/shouldnt_we_all_be_israelis_no.html

While walking out to get my morning paper I met three church staff members getting ready for the first day of Vacation Bible School with around 1,000 kids attending and probably 300 adult helpers. I will park my car in the church lot this week.

Other than talking to Brian, I believe that I can safely say that the high point of my day was lunch with Sam. We first met over thirty years ago at a time of career change for each of us. We have been friends ever since. We ate at the place where I, poverty stricken at the time, took Julie for our first decent meal in a couple of months. The place will always be special to me and probably to her as well.
