BALLOTS, SOCIAL SECURITY, AND TEA
Linden, having read of several democrat controlled entities that were unable or unwilling to provide our service men with ballots so they could vote in the upcoming election, decided to call our very competent Voter Registration area here within Hendricks county: Laura, not surprisingly, said that the responsibility had been handled in September.

Linden, having received several messages attempting to correlate Congressional pay increases with the Social Security decision to not increase payments thought he would share his thoughts in that area with you. There is no correlation! Linden, although he is anything but rich, is very pleased that the Social Security payment he receives will not be increased. Why should our grandchildren be saddled with additional Ponzi scheme debt at this time?

Linden had hoped to attend a Tea Party rally here in Plainfield on Friday night: it was not to be. Barbara, on Sunday, gave me a rally flyer. Love the Indianapolis Tea Party Mission Statement: “To restore limited government, fiscal responsibility, and accountable representation through citizen activism and education. in order to preserve the Constitution of the United States of America.”

In his wildest imagination, Linden cannot imagine our President being able to deliver a speech such as the one Sarah Palin delivers in the first link below. Those who question her credibility are slow learners.

In the second link, the reason why blacks should be flocking to the Republican Party is illustrated and the third link presents a song that Linden really wishes he had written. Sad!

Link to a long and very good Sarah Palin speech:

LINDEN'S LIFE
Friday brought our usual early morning Men’s Prayer Breakfast. Later, had lunch with our church intern at Chick-fil-A.
On Saturday, had a breakfast meeting at Kingsway church and then a writers group meeting. Had some benevolence related talks, listened to the Indiana – Arkansas State game and watched a bit of the Notre Dame game.
Church, Sunday school, and brunch with friends occupied Sunday morning. Watched a preview of the movie “I Am” at church in the evening while there I talked to rarely seen old friends Lee and Kathy: years ago I used to occasionally appear on his TV show. A small group of us went for a bite to eat after the movie. I watched the remainder of the Colts game after returning home.

Sales of my most recent book, “Making Meals, Managing Money, and Living Life” have been better than I deserve, considering my lack of effort.
