WALKING THE WALK
With Congress being (mercifully) on another vacation there is just not a great deal of politically related news that just cried out for Linden to devote his time to addressing. LINDEN'S LIFE
I was 20 years old in 1950 and had married the previous year. Probably in this year I changed from my truck driving job to one of being a traveling salesman of household items and collector on the accounts. Usually did well enough at this job but was not a star.

All five of us were present for our Thursday breakfast meeting…I really enjoy these meetings. In the evening I ate at a Mexican restaurant. It was part of a fundraiser that benefited diabetes. Jim Jennings, whose granddaughter has diabetes, made me aware of this.
