Written by Paul about 52 A D, this extremely short book was apparently written to address a misconception held by some in the Thessalonian church regarding when Jesus would return to earth.

Some had thought that the day of his return would be so soon that they should no longer work. Paul straightened out their thinking.

LINDEN’S LIFE

After dropping off my recyclables, and going to the post office, credit union and church office, I returned home and was remarkably non-productive the rest of the day.
