RACISM REPENTANCE

Linden thoroughly enjoyed the program when radio host Laura Ingraham interviewed Harry Alford, CEO of The Black Chamber of Commerce. He is not now an Obama fan. Not even close!

When asked why he had voted for Obama he said, “because he was black and that is a lesson I will take to the grave.” You have to like a repentant racist. He also predicted that not more than 30% of blacks would vote for the re-election of Obama. That would be a welcome tidal wave of repentance.

When Linden added the first link below, he had no idea that he would find another one that is so impressive that he just had to share it with you. So, be sure and watch the second link video and if you have time, watch the other links also. The one regarding safety should be important to some of you.

LINDEN’S LIFE

Friday: Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 6:00: Sandi cleaned my place while I was at MPB. Later, went by the church, post office, credit union and two stores. Brian called for a short visit after I returned home. Harold brought me two large morel mushrooms that he found while mowing the yards.

Saturday: went to a department store to check on a sale…bought nothing. Went by the post office and on to the writers group meeting. Back home, fixed the mushrooms as part of my lunch. In the late afternoon, Antonio Gomez, his wife and their three children arrived from St. Louis to spend a couple of days in the Mission House. Julie called later.

Sunday: We had a great combined service in the gym of the middle school…usually we have six services divided between two church locations…saw some people that I rarely see. Shortly after I got back home, Julie and Jade came by to take me to lunch. This was Jade’s third birthday…Friday was Brian’s…not his third. Back home, we played, watched a DVD and visited. It was great! Brian called while they were here.
