It seems reasonable to assume that first one would have to know what are the expectations and responsibilities associated with the position. Linden believes that these guidelines in respect to his blog writing means that his readers should expect a perhaps biased writing. The news media should report the NEWS. Voters should select the best person to lead. Etc, etc…
