To date 17 of the projects I have backed were successfully
funded and 3 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately
one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The hope to
go in September 2015 was realized: my thanks to friends who have supported my
hope.

COMMENTARY: SEPTEMBER CHRISTIAN STUDIES
This month found me involved in church related
activities on a very limited basis: only attended church and Sunday school
once; and the same number for my Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday meetings.
Did not attend the monthly CDCMF meeting. The nearest I came to attending
services in Ireland was a tour of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin. We expect
more involvement in October.

MOSTLY ABOUT ME

Due
to computer malfunction there was no posting on Tuesday and Wednesday. On
Tuesday I again went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast: John Payton and I shared
travel stories. Later, I dropped off recyclables, went to the post office, made
phone calls, had pictures copied at the drug store and had dinner at the Legion
Post.
Wednesday
I had a heart doctor appointment which went ok and had lunch at the hospital,
corresponded with Brian and Julie and mailed items to Jade. Had dinner and
attended a study at church.
