COMMENTARY: NOTES AND A LINKED SONG
Since very little important political activity
is expected over the holidays, Linden will probably restrict his
postings to notes until after the first of the year.

MOSTLY ABOUT ME lswift8@aol.com
Thursday I had breakfast with the
guys, Jack and Lloyd absent. Later, I went to a bank, the credit
union and the post office and then Marsha came by for a short visit
and to bring me some sweets. Julie and Jade came in the afternoon, we
went out for Julie's favorite Mexican meal then went to church for
the candlelight communion. A really good day.
Friday, Christmas day started with
opening the packages Brian and Sheri sent. I liked their choices and
sent them a note. Julie and Jade came in the evening and stayed until
after midnight, as usual she just showered me with gifts. I had a
great Christmas.
Saturday Sam came out with gifts
from Shirley. We had breakfast at the Diner then drove by the new
Legion Post to see if we could catch anyone there: couldn't. Their
daughter will be arriving from Hawaii later today. Brian called for a
short visit and Julie called to say she made it back to Chicago okay.
Watched I.U. lose a very watchable football game.
Sunday brought church and Sunday
School attendance plus a call from Brian and a note from Julie.
Watched the Colts win a football game.
Neal McCoy is the artist presented
in the song linked below.
