HORRIBLE THOUGHTS
Linden has done nothing to dispel the notion that he believes the election of Senator Barack Obama would be an absolute disaster for our country. He has not yet addressed the expansion of this disaster by Senator Biden also being on the ticket. The possible election of Obama – Biden surely qualifies as a horrible thought.
Even more horrible, if that is possible, is the thought of what could happen if through a tragic chain of events the line of succession should be called into play and Speaker Pelosi and/or Senator Byrd should be elevated to one or both of the highest offices in our land. Linden needs to purge his mind of this nightmare.

LINDEN'S LIFE:
Monday was mostly an inactive day. Tyler, our Church intern, and I did go to a nice restaurant for dinner and we had a good visit.
Tuesday brought the monthly Republican breakfast and a great speech by Nancy who had attended the convention in St. Paul. From there, went on to Voter Registration in Danville to file some paperwork. Later, had an optometrist appointment: The condition of the left eye is deteriorating. Will see a specialist soon. Not good but not surprising news.
Wednesday brought biscuits & gravy with coffee at Chick-fil-A, some time in the laundry room and evening at Church. Had spaghetti, mixed vegetables, banana pudding and coffee for dinner: This was followed by an interesting program.
