PSALMS
These 150 Hebrew song-poems were written by several authors with David being the most prominent and prolific. They fall into several different categories: thankfulness, praise, repentance, trust and worship being the most prominent.
Although written hundreds of year before the coming of Jesus Christ, There are several references to his coming. Read Psalm 22 for a very good example of this.

Only a couple of things worth mentioning: Brian sent me a really nice flashlight not long ago…I had either mislaid it or I thought maybe it had been stolen out of the car…today I found it! For the first time ever, today I baked a cherry pie…it wasn’t bad at all.
