IS THERE HOPE?
In Missouri on Tuesday voters overwhelmingly voted to prevent the federal government from requiring people to carry health insurance and, further, to penalize those who do not do so. That provides some hope.
A Virginia Judge recently ruled that a suit to stop the healthcare bill may continue. That provides some hope.
A Michigan Republican Congressman said that the death penalty is appropriate for the man accused of leaking government secrets. That provides some hope.
Congress will soon start a vacation that lasts over a month. That provides some hope.
The fairly recent deaths of Byrd, Kennedy, and Murtha could be thought of as a positive sign.
The link below to an Ann Coulter column provides some hope.
So that you will not get too giddy over these prospects, remember that 5 Republican Senators have said that they will vote for the confirmation of Kagan. We should hope that they are “serving” their last term.

LINDEN'S LIFE
