WISCONSIN LAW STILL UNDECIDED

Since Linden last wrote regarding this subject, a judge in Wisconsin decided in favor of the group that is opposed to Governor Scott Walker’s approach to making the state come closer to living within it’s means. Where it will go from here is uncertain.

Meanwhile, for those who favor the approach in the bill that was passed by the legislature and signed into law by Walker, would not now be a time favorable to attempting to discover ways to remove the judge from office?

LINDEN’S LIFE

Friday: Sandi came to clean my place a bit while I was at Men’s Prayer Breakfast. At MPB, talked to Paul a bit…was surprised to see him back from the Holy Land. He said those on the airplane sang God Bless America when they landed in Philadelphia. I went to the funeral for Dennis Takayoshi which was held at church. He was a good friend and a good man. In the evening, Kent picked me up and we and six other guys played euchre at the home of Joe and Patty…she surely fixed some great snacks.

Saturday: Men’s breakfast meeting at Kingsway at 7:30 and a writers group meeting at 10:00. Mostly correspondence and minor tasks later.

Sunday: attended church and Sunday school then went to brunch with friends. Had a nap, watched some TV and went to evening church.
