BIG NEWS OF THE DAYS (DAZE)

Linden listens to a great deal of talk radio while reviewing articles for possible inclusion in this blog. It has been either puzzling, funny, or somewhat disturbing to hear the administration attempt to explain the killing of Osama Ben Laden without giving any credit to the Bush administration or the success of interrogation methods used. Hopefully it is true that he was actually killed.

What has been largely ignored has been the successful implementation of the training and preparedness of the Navy Seals and their support staff that actually completed the mission. That was not politics: it was war!

LINDEN’S LIFE

On Wednesday, still tired from election day, I did a load of wash, returned election signs and related items to Kent, picked up my mail, and had a wonderful nap. Dinner and a study at church in the evening.
