FAA, SENATE STOP WORKING

Perhaps this posting title would be more absolutely correct if it had said some of the FAA had stopped working. It seems that after all the hard work involved with the recent debt related legislation, it was time for the Senate (probably the House too) to take a roughly five-week vacation. They earned it…right?

Unfortunately for the 4,000 affected FAA employees the vacation interfered with the Senate having time to adequately address a House bill concerned with airports and airport management. Harry Reid is a heck of a leader…right?

LINDEN’S LIFE

Wednesday gave me the opportunity to go to Chick-fil-A for biscuits and gravy (coffee of course.) I stopped by the post office and church and then went home…I was a little unsteady today and did even less than usual.
