FAIR SHARE = WHAT?

Linden believes that President Obama thinks that we believe him when he says that tax rates should be increased on those he classifies as rich. Some, including Linden, think that “fair share” as it pertains to taxation should mean that every American person receiving income should pay some income tax. A difference of opinion seems to exist.

The first link below addresses taxpayer employees who are apparently failing to pay their “fair share.” How can this be? The second link regards voting fairness. Surely none would disagree that each qualifying American is entitled to one vote. Anything in excess of this one vote is an excess of their “fair share.” Some, including Linden, view it as an attack on America.

I started my day by meeting Bill, Chuck, and Jack for our regular Thursday breakfast. As usual, it was a very pleasant time. Not much else worth noting occurred in the rest of the day.
