BIG CITY POLITICS AND CHURCHES
This is not the first time that Linden has touched upon this situation for which there appears to be no rational answer. Almost all of the largest cities are led by members of the democrat party. A fairly large percentage of the inner city churches welcome with open arms the leaders of this party. This in spite of the records showing constantly increasing poverty, out-of-wedlock births, abortion rates, and crime in general. Recently, the Christian owners of Chick-fil-A have been slighted in major ways by some of the large city political (democrat) leaders. Will the leaders of the churches in these cities embrace racism and politics over Christianity? Judgment Day will come!!!

MOSTLY ABOUT ME       lswift8@aol.com
Sunday, August 5, 2012 is the date of the 7th annual Plainfield Christian Church free (donations will be accepted to benefit the bands) bluegrass music and southern gospel concert. Music will start shortly before 3:00 p.m. and end at 5:00. Featured bands are: that of 10-year-old Kyle Ramey, The Gospel Servants quartet, and The Birch Creek Bluegrass Band.

Here is a bluegrass song, #17 of those selected for you:

Started my Monday by dropping by the church for a few minutes then on to Chick-fil-A for biscuits and gravy. Due to the recent publicity, I will start going there even more often. Then, I picked up a bunch of junk mail at the post office. Kent dropped by for a short visit. Corresponded with Brian and Julie and I did little worth mentioning most of the day. Lloyd came by in the evening and we went to a relatively short Republican meeting in Avon.
