IT COULD BE WORSE
When we take into consideration the fact that the bill to save us from going over the fiscal cliff is only roughly one-twentieth the size of the Obamacare bill it perhaps should cause us to celebrate that there wasn’t enough time to make the bill as bad as it could have been. Of course, it was (is) not a good bill but, think how bad it could have been. Of course, it was largely unread, was not supported by a large majority of the House Republicans, contained over one billion dollars worth of funding for Hollywood, rum, NASCAR, algae growers, electric motorcycle makers, and no telling what other highly unnecessary spending but, it could have been worse. Pardon me…think I’ll go vomit.

MOSTLY ABOUT ME       lswift8@aol.com
Wednesday started with breakfast at Chick-fil-A and then went to a busy day of trying to get caught up with paperwork. Failed.  In the evening, watched Butler win another basketball game.
Thursday brought the usual breakfast with the guys. All six guy were present and I was the reader. In the early afternoon, my Sunday school class participated in the 72 hours of Bible reading…we read for over an hour from 1 Samuel.
