A BLACK REPUBLICAN SENATOR?
It seems that the only black serving in the United States Senate will be Nikki Haley appointee Tim Scott. How can it be that a black conservative is a member of the Republican Party? Perhaps he is smarter than the 90+% that blindly pushes the “d” button. Supported by Sarah Palin, Jim DeMint and Tea Partiers in general, it appears that Governor Haley has made a good choice. Maybe some of the 90+% will start thinking…nyaaah, too much to hope for.

Monday started in a great way by Norm and Jill coming out from Indianapolis, picking me up and going to a leisurely breakfast, Great start for a day. Later, after picking up my mail, Dan and Diana came by for coffee and a visit…they also brought me cookies and a can of coffee…lucky me! In the evening, seven of us went to a Capital District Christian Men’s Fellowship meeting at Fair Haven Christian Church. A great quartet, “Witness” from Franklin, IN provided the music. Had a very nice time and the food was good too.
