Thanksgiving
Day brought several high points: first, the nice phone call from the Secretary
of my Division when I was part of the work force; next, the news that Lloyd is
pleased with the healing progress after his ankle operation; next the wonderful
brunch and visit with Sam and Shirley and friends (marred by Shirley losing a
treasured earring;) and lastly, Julie and Jade came to my place for a visit in
the evening.
