First, let me say that The Plainfield Elks have scheduled a Mother’s Day buffet Sunday between 11:00 and 3:00: cost is $17.95 and it will be good. The public is welcome.

As usual on Thursday I joined the rest of a small group of men at breakfast. It is always enjoyable and there were six of us present with Lloyd giving the prayer and reading. Later, I picked up my mail and went to a bank and my credit union. Exchanged correspondence with Julie and was busy all day. For your weekend, the song presented below is and old hymn.
