COMMENTARY: FEBRUARY CHRISTIAN STUDIES

Tim Gephart presented the first and Steve White the next three of the “close encounters” messages from the pulpit: the first from 1 Samuel followed by 1 Kings, Job, and Isaiah. In Sunday School John Lee continued the focus on Psalms. I missed one of the Wednesday evening studies mostly led by Josh with help from Mark on the first presentation. Thursday devotions with the guys were led by Jack, Bill, and twice by me and the early morning Friday Men's Prayer Breakfasts were led by Steve White in studies of 1 Samuel. Although I missed the Kingsway and CDCMF meetings, I did attend the very good Saturday meeting at Chapel Rock.

Thursday started with the usual meeting of the guys with Chuck leading the devotions. Later, I picked up my mail and also went to a store. Stayed busy at home. Carmen from Cardholder Services called again. We had a light snow on the car when I got up.
