TEA PARTY ACTION DESIRED
On April 5 and April 6 Linden posted comments regarding his perception of the Republican Party failing to field a full slate of Congressional candidates. Appears to be a wonderful opportunity wasted. Today’s posting addresses that matter again. The picture does look just a shade better than it did in the earlier postings.
Linden’s hope is that Tea Party organizations across the nation will encourage those in the affected Districts to find a candidate to fill these important and well paying positions.
The following list shows the Congressional District, democrat incumbent, and a notation if they now appear to be opposed by a Republican or a Libertarian. Other opposition is not mentioned.

LINDEN'S LIFE
Met Bill, Chuck, and Paul for breakfast. I just had toast and coffee because I knew I would want to load up with food at the Golden Glows luncheon. I bought a cake to take and I did eat like a pig. There were probably 150 attendees. The program presented by Betty Gray was tremendous; I had previously seen her work a time or two at Johnson Bible College and expect to see her there again around the first of June.
In the evening I went to a calling at church for one of our very active members who just passed away following a long illness.

WRITING AND PUBLISHING. Contact me at lswift8@aol.com to request information relative to ordering any of my eight books and one CD.
REACHING OUT. I normally contribute modestly in a number of areas. Now I also contribute a portion of book sales income to new or enhanced areas of support. I also accept contributions for this effort. I was so pleased with the 2009 results that I’m expanding the effort in 2010. New or expanded recipients in 2010 include:
January, TCM, Austria, ministry scholarship. http://www.tcmi.org/
February, Hillsdale College. www.hillsdale.edu
March, African ministry. http://www.kissesfromkatie.blogspot.com/
The Book Nook, 33 E. Main, Mooresville is a local source of Linden’s books and CD.
