LINDEN, ONE IN ONE MILLION?
Shortly after the primary election in Nevada, Linden was listening to a talk radio program, maybe Rush Limbaugh, and Sharron Angle, the Republican nominee, was speaking. She mentioned the need for money and said that maybe twenty five million dollars would be necessary to mount a good campaign against Senator Reid. Linden thought, “if one million people would chip in twenty five bucks each that might do the trick.” A few moments later, she said essentially the same thing. Surely one million people would pay that amount or more to get rid of Reid.

Linden did not find a mailing address immediately when he made an inquiry on her name but yesterday sent his contribution to Friends of Sharron Angle, P.O. Box 33058, Reno, NV 89533. He sincerely hopes that another 999,999 people will do the same. A reference to her will be made in the list of my contributions below.

LINDEN'S LIFE
Moving slowly because I slept poorly last night, it was almost noon before I made it to the post office and picked up a great present. The wonderful Katia had sent me two Danish Kringles, one almond and one apricot. I hurried home and devoured a small piece of each one in short order. Happy day!!! Talked to Dan and Diana a bit at the Mission House. In the evening, had dinner at Chick-fil-A.
