INDECISION (DITHERING)
On Thursday, as Linden prepared to formulate his Friday posting, he was almost Obamalike in his inability to focus on the matter at hand. Considering his own thoughts, a hefty volume of e-mails and his chosen written and broadcast references, there was a plethora of possible subjects. Finally, he chose to introduce you to three writings you may not have seen.

The first writing is an imaginary letter from God to Obama. Linden has often wondered how God feels in this regard: personally, he thinks Obama is an agnostic, at best. Linden has also wondered how those involved in preaching the Christian word of God can in good conscience provide support for this possible Muslim.

The second writing touches upon one of Linden’s fondest hopes: the defeat of Barney Frank. Linden believes that a very large portion of the reason for the economic distress throughout the entire world lays at the feet of this poor excuse for a leader.

The third writing touches upon the words and actions of Sarah Palin. In Linden’s opinion, she has been the brightest star on the political scene since she was able to save the McCain campaign from an even more telling defeat.

LINDEN'S LIFE
In regard to the music link above, Linden was 15 in 1945 and started his junior year in high school. Still working so much that his school work suffered and he was unable to be as active socially as would have been most desirable. The wars in Europe and in the Pacific came to an end that year and the U.S. started rebuilding the world.
Thursday brought our usual fun breakfast meeting even though Bill and Jack were elsewhere. Chuck and I talked about encouraging our group to become involved in Morris dancing. For the benefit of Paul, here is a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZjLATAUwao

After breakfast, I went to the post office, credit union, and grocery also sent a campaign contribution to Michele Bachman at
