"LAMESTREAM IS TOO POLITE"
In the “Spot The Democrat” link below, Ann mentions that a Nexis search revealed that over 300 media outlets had commented on the situation and ONE of them had mentioned the political party of the miscreants.
When Sarah Palin coined the “lamestream” label for those who had previously been known as the main stream media, it seemed fitting to Linden…now, we need another, harsher word. It is past time for those of us who are irritated by this situation to start contacting the ones who advertise in these shallow sheets and pompous programs.

LINDEN'S LIFE
Only Chuck and I attended our regular Thursday morning breakfast…it went well in spite of the missing Three Musketeers. Fair food was what was served at our monthly Golden Glows meeting: nachos with cheese, dill pickles, corn dogs, corn on the cob, barbequed chicken, and ice cream bars. It was great! A group of five students from Avon put on a rope jumping exhibition that was very good. At conclusion, Peggy Hileman, our leader, did a little rope jumping herself…pretty impressive.
In relation to our music link selection today, Linden was 14 at the start of his sophomore year in school in 1944, still working long and hard hours. Started to smoke sometime during that year and in other ways tried desperately to appear to be mature. Failed.
