TEA PARTY TIME

Until Monday night, Linden had not been to a Tea Party event for close to two years even though he feels strongly that it is a most worthwhile effort. Because of having one of his attacks of weakness, he had to leave the earlier one early.

The one Monday night was enjoyable, Paul picked me up so we could attend together. Our 4^th District Congressman, Todd Rokita, was the principal speaker and did a fine job of covering his activities and answering questions. He mentioned that every day after July 27^th is funded with borrowed money. That is sad. He mentioned one of his bills (which he said will probably never pass) that is exactly what I would desire: the baseline budget instead of being increased every year would actually start being reduced a small percentage every year. Music to my ears!

Surely it is desirable to get rid of every Congressional democrat as well as identifying those Republicans who are not there to serve the people and replace them, as well.

LINDEN’S LIFE

About mid-morning, I went to the post office, grocery and back by the church. I was really tired today and wondered if it was because I forgot to take my medications yesterday. As mentioned above, in the evening went to the TEA (taxed enough already) PARTY meeting.
