HISTORY REVISITED:

It is possible that Linden will celebrate some matters of historic significance but, it is unlikely that he will ever get carried away with a month not devoted to anything in particular. If fact, he thinks that it makes no sense. This in no way detracts from the value of the first link below…it is long but should be required viewing in anything like an American history class. The second link is a much shorter video but, because Linden so badly wants it to be true, he could not resist presenting it to you.

OTHER STUFF:

Friday brought the Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 8:00. Then, went to the store, post office, and by the church, had a nap and wrote a bit. In the evening, I went to my Sunday school class party. Good food and fellowship. I played some euchre. Saturday, I was at Kingsway for their men’s meeting at 7:30, to a writers group meeting at 10:00 and visited a bit with the family staying in the Mission House in the afternoon.

On Sunday the Steve White sermon was based on the book of Job and John Lee led the Sunday school class in a study of the book of Judges. I had brunch with friends, then back home. Watched I.U. lose a not very well played basketball game to Iowa.
