BUDGET BILL
Largely
because Linden believes that one of the very most important matters facing our
nation is that the Republicans gain control of the Senate in 2014 while
retaining control of the House, he has mixed emotions regarding the budget bill
brought forth by Ryan and Murray. He does not expect anything that Murray is
involved in to be truly beneficial to our nation and he is not sure that Ryan
is as conservative as he should be. Troubling!

Wednesday
night brought the coldest weather we have had in a couple of years. Thursday
started with chattering teeth and breakfast with the guys at 8:00. Since I had
slept so poorly the previous night, I had a nice nap then went to the post
office, credit union, a bank, and by the church. Ray, Dan, and Diana dropped by
in the afternoon.
