AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION CONTROL APPROACH

Linden gracefully admits that this approach is not fully developed, that it will require further study and fleshing out, and that it will require action by the States that adopt it. Or, to put it another way, Linden did not find a thing that he wished to develop into a well thought out commentary. This is the approach: when an illegal immigrant is detected breaking another State law, their possessions will be confiscated, they will be granted a small amount of operating funds and they, along with their family will be deported to the place most often involved with solving this problem, Washington, D.C. In a nutshell, that is the approach.
