THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS
On Wednesday, Linden read blurbs in The Indianapolis Star and USA Today (since he rarely reads that one, he may have the name wrong) and heard talk radio mention, including some words of the participants themselves, regarding the visit by six member of the Congressional Black Caucus to Communist Cuba. Unimpressive!
Linden does not often think of himself as being racially biased but the actions of our less than competent appearing President and now this embarrassment may well be driving him in that direction. One of the CBC speakers referred to how favorably impressed she was with Fidel and particularly mentioned that he wanted to know more about Martin Luther King. Since MLK departed this earth more than forty years ago it is reasonable to expect the leader of a country, even one as poor as Cuba, to be able to afford to buy all the information on that subject that he really wanted.

The Study Buddy session did not go as well today as I have come to expect: Maybe next week. Made the long drive to see my eye specialist: Minimal change. Had dinner at Chick-fil-A. Need I say that it was very good?
