Linden does not believe that Sonia Sotomayor is qualified to serve on The Supreme Court. Please, you check out her qualifications and refer to the number of times she has been overruled and surely you will agree with Linden.

It is to be expected, considering their deficiencies, that 57 democrat Senators would vote to confirm her. Same for the two “Independents” who are even left (is that possible) of the dems. The real irritant comes from the 9 republicans who side with the party of insanity.

They are: Martinez of FL; Lugar of IN; Collins or ME; Snowe of ME; Bond of MO; Gregg of NH; Voinovich of OH; Graham of SC; and Alexander of TN. What were they thinking? Perhaps more aptly, were they thinking?

When Linden constructs his grading chart related to important issues, this vote will be considered as a black mark on the record of these nine.

Attended the usual very enjoyable Thursday breakfast meeting. Back home, picked up sticks the wind had blown down Tuesday. Harold and Lyle were mowing the acreage today. I got tired rather quickly. Went to Paul and Judy’s in the afternoon to use his help on one of my projects.
