The decision of Sarah Palin to not seek the Presidency was one of the major news items of the day. Not real welcome news to many, including Linden. One of the links below addresses Ms. Palin.
The mob occupying the Wall Street area in NYC is also a major news focus. It is interesting to see who the supporters of this is and even more interesting to see the insane demands that are emanating from the crowd. Two links below address this subject.
A more minor item is the continuance of Obama to campaign, raise money and say how wonderful his present stimulus effort is. Aaaagh!

LINDEN’S LIFE
On Thursday I knew that Chuck, Jack and Paul would not be present at our morning breakfast but thought that Bill might be there and could possibly bring two out-of-country guests. I was wrong…I dined alone. They are in the process of sealing the blacktop surrounding the church so I parked nearer the road and walked back to my place several times. The power in the Mission House was off…Ray came over and got it going and we visited a while. I did two loads of wash and had calls from Brian, Joyce, and others.
