Not
having the financial resources to attend the Obama type fund raisers (not that
he would if he could afford them,) Linden is highly selective if and when he
will support political candidates with any of his dollars. Wisconsin Governor
Scott Walker was one of those who did qualify in Linden’s eyes and, after the
bills were paid, a paltry amount was sent in support of him. It is nice to back
a winner!!

Other
that trips to the credit union, a bank, and the post office, I was inside
practically all day. Corresponded a bit with Brian and finished some reading.
My friend, Joyce, had intended to come out from Indianapolis but was not able
to do so…haven’t seen her or Carl for a while. Kent dropped by for a minute as
he was out for his evening walk…his back operation has him a bit restricted in
some areas but he is walking well and it appears that the operation was very
successful.
