THANKSGIVING DAY
This day of thanksgiving has been celebrated in the U.S. since in the early days of our country and became an official holiday, they say, in 1863. It is becoming a day of anticipating sales events although time with family and friends remains important. Personally, Linden is inclined to focus on some of the words remembered from the CDCMF meeting this past Monday: “An Attitude of Gratitude” and “Things Could Be Worse.” Linden is blessed with wonderful children and friends and so many other things that a portion of this day, practically all days, is spent thanking God.

MOSTLY ABOUT ME       lswift8@aol.com
Wednesday brought breakfast at Chick-fil-A followed by trips to the post office and by the church. Later, spent some time accumulating material for a small writing project. In a completely different area, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday a free admission flea market will be at the Indianapolis Fairgrounds. Tricia will be there in the Dupont building offering some of the very nice purses she makes and also books that I have written and/or published. You have my permission to help make Tricia’s effort a great success.
