REDUCE SPENDING

Linden is only one of many that have advocated severe reining in of the needless spending advocated by those who represent taxpayers in our nation’s capital. He may be the first that has suggested that each Senator and each Representative specifically recommend a three billion dollar saving in current outlays. 565 X 3 = a balanced budget. Friday started with the early Men’s Prayer Breakfast. When I got home I took a long nap. Dan and Diana picked me up to go out to eat.

Saturday I attended a writing conference at the Danville library, did two loads of wash. Watched I.U. and Butler lose basketball games.

Sunday brought church and Sunday school attendance. Later, I watched two televised horse races: had I been betting, I would have lost twice.
