DISAPPOINTMENT:
In Linden’s posting two days ago, he expressed approval of State Treasurer Richard Mourdock bringing the treatment of security holders in Chrysler before the Supreme Court. At least, his efforts were not dashed immediately. Since then, the Court has decided to not hear the case. UNTHINKABLE!

If this administration has it within its power to cause the holder of first rights in a bankruptcy to be assigned secondary (or worse) power, why would anyone ever invest in such an instrument? In less than five months, Linden has witnessed this administration and this court turn our country into a laughingstock and a disgrace. Linden is almost physically ill.

LINDEN'S LIFE:
Undoubtedly the high point in Linden’s day was his visit with Todd Carter. The Carter’s, missionaries in Tanzania, are staying in the Mission House this week. They were here three ears ago at which time Linden talked to them about the possibility of his climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. Since then, Todd has climbed the mountain: almost certainly, Linden never will.
