MEANINGFUL/MEANINGLESS:
Linden was really pleased to hear that the Sonia Sotomayor ruling in regard to the New Haven firefighters case was overturned by the Supreme Court.
It was disappointing that the four liberal Justices disagreed with the majority. Not all who are well educated are capable of rational thought.

Linden listened to a bit of the Rush Limbaugh radio show on Monday. He believes that he heard Rush quote Obama as saying that one of his ill-advised schemes would save taxpayers a total of four billion dollars over a period of thirty years. This would be about 130 million dollars per year—if the figures don’t lie. In relation to the Obama budget nightmare, this is peanuts—totally meaningless.

Worked a little outside and not quite as much inside. Called my former secretary, Brenda: she is facing some difficult health concerns. Exchanged some emails with Brian and talked to him later.
