SOCIAL GROUPS
Having found some information copied from a very old forwarded email (origin unknown) and believing that it is past time to start separating the Congressional sheep from the goats, Linden presents these thoughts for your use when the 2010 (and beyond) election is upon us. The copied information about “billions” is presented to help you visualize the 787 billion dollar “stimulus” bill.
SOCIETY OF SHAME:
At present, all congressional democrats are shown in this lowest of social groups. It is remotely possible that they could be elevated to another group.
LEGION OF LAXITY:
Those listed here are less contemptible than those in the group shown above but, at present, are deserving of a Conservative opponent in their next primary election.
Because of their assistance in passing the “stimulus” bill, present members of this group are Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe of Maine and Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania.
BILLIONS:
A billion seconds ago it was 1959.A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive.A billion hours ago our ancestors were living in the Stone Age.A billion days ago no one walked on the earth on two feet.A billion dollars ago was only 8 hours and 20 minutes, at the rate our government is spending it.
The government is certainly spending it faster now.
