A SOCIAL SECURITY FIASCO:
When Linden returned from lunch, his son had left a message regarding the subject of this posting and said that perhaps it was a blogworthy subject: it is. Immediately after listening to the messages, Linden turned the radio to the Rush Limbaugh show and he was soon after addressing this same subject.

Linden reviewed the comments from his son and from Rush, found writings on the subject and soon after started putting together this posting. He found it interesting that he found only one reference to a Congressman addressing this waste of taxpayer funds. Of course, the Congressman is a Republican: democrats do not rise to the issue of protection of taxpayer funds.

LINDEN'S LIFE:
All five of us were present for our fun filled Thursday breakfast meeting. A couple of hours later, I had an equally enjoyable luncheon meeting. Julie called between these two meeting and we had a long and very pleasant conversation and got pretty well caught up on covering our activities. When I returned from my luncheon, the message from my son that is mentioned above was on the answering machine. It was a good day.
