I MISS OBAMA

Obama provided for me the reason for writing may of my blog postings. I was and am not favorably impressed with many of his views and actions. To write a daily blog one needs to be provided with subject matter and he provided me with that subject matter many times in recent years. Not so often in recent memory. I guess that is okay too.Being critical can be tiring.

5-12 POSTING

I'm not certain that my postings get wide circulation and I guess that I really do not care much.  At the least, it is good typing practice.  At the time of this posting it is still fairly early on Friday morning and nothing that will appear this time is of much importance.

I have already had breakfast att the men's meeting at church and I have not, as yet, planned out my day.  Guess I will look at the morning news  paper before saying more.

NON STOP GLOOM

And it is due to the weather: a continuous light and cold rain. Depressing! It has an effect on my mind...I can think of nothing to lighten the load. Not a glimmer of sunlight so far today. I even missed my usual Thursday morning meeting because, somehow, I had lost a day this week. Could my mind be going? Or gone? Perhaps, later, it will all work out and I can manage a small smile. But, for now, since I risk depressing you, I'm just gonna share no more thoughts with my loyal readers.

The last of April 2017 in Linden's world passed by with no major new accomplishments. In other words, just another blip in the written activity history of Linden Swift. Since little is expected of him this does not qualify as earth shaking news. Maybe tomorrow. Best wishes to my faithful readers. This is not meant to be condemnation of the unfaithful ones.
